For West Fifth Street Improvement Bond Fund, $.0022 on each <br /> $100.00 of the taxable property of said City; <br /> <br /> For Joint Outfall Sewer Completion Bond Fund, $.01~9 on each <br /> $100.00 of the taxable property of said City; <br /> <br /> For the City Hall Bonds No. 3 Bonded Indebtedness Fund, $~0089 <br /> on each $100.00 of the taxable property of said City; <br /> <br /> For the North Main Street ~rldge Bonded Indebtedness Fund, <br /> $.0026 on each $100.00 of the taxable property of said City; <br /> <br /> For Water Bond No. $ Fund, $.0036 on each $100.00 of the taxable <br /> property of said City; <br /> <br /> For North Flower Street Bridge Fund, $.0005 on each $100.00 of <br /> the taxable property of said City; <br /> <br /> Section ~: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to ~mmediately <br /> submit a certified copy of this Ordinance to the County Audltor of <br /> Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> Section 4: That the City Council by a unanimous vote does hereby <br />elect to levy a total tax for the Fiscal Year of July 1, 1950 to June 30, <br />1951 for all purposes other than for the payment of validly contracted <br />Bonded Indebtedness and the interest thereon, Library, State Retire- <br />ment and Recreation, in excess of $1.00 but not in excess of $1.25 on <br />each $100.00 of assessed value of all real and personal property with- <br />in the said City of Santa Aha, as set forth in this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section ~: This Ordinance is urgently required for the ~mmedi- <br />ate preservation of public health, peace and safety. The following is <br />a specific statement showing the urgency of this Ordinance: <br /> <br /> That the revenue to be derived from the taxes to be levied and <br />collected in accordance with the terms hereof is necessary for the pre- <br />servation of public health, peace and safety; and in order for this Or- <br />dinance to be in effect in time required for this year's tax levy, an <br />Ordinance is now immediately required; therefore the City Council de- <br />clares that this Ordinance shall take effect as, and is adopted as, an <br />emergency measure, and be in force from and after its adoption.
