RESOLUTION NO. 62-192 DESIGNATING THE PORTION OF <br />PROPOSED REALIGNMENT (F MACARTHUR BOULEVARD AS A <br />COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> <br />THAT: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br /> <br /> Under the authority of Section 1700, Article 3, Chapter 9, <br />Division 2 of the California S~reets and Highways Code, State of <br />California, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange have <br />declared by resolution that the proposed realigr~aent of MacArthur <br />Boulevard, between Newport Avenue and South Main Street in the City <br />of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, to be a County <br />Hlghway~ <br /> <br /> Under the authority of Section 1701, Article 3, Chapter 9, <br />Division 2 of the Streets and Highways Code, State of California, by <br />this Resolution, the city of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California, does hereby consent that this highway, namely, the pro- <br />posed realignment of M~cArthur Boulevard between Newport Avenue and <br />South Main Street, shall become a County Highway with respect to its <br />construction, maintenance, improvement and repair; <br /> <br /> The consent granted byPaz~a~h2 of this Resolution shall <br />remain in effect until the County of Orange, under the authority of <br />Section 1704, Article 3, Chapter 9, Division 2 of the Streets and <br />Highways Code, State of California, shall by resolution relinquish <br />its jurisdiction over said street, at which time said street will <br />again revert to the jurisdiction of the City. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of October, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
