CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />PROPOSAL <br />PROJECT NO.: 22-0504 <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS RESTROOM & TRANSLATION ROOM <br />STATEMENT REGARDING COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT (CWA) <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />This is to certify that the undersigned BIDDER, and subcontractors, have read and understood <br />the CWA entered into by and between the City of Santa Ana, the Los Angeles/Orange Counties ype text here <br />Building and Construction Trades Council, and the signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions, <br />effective as of September 1, 2017. The CWA is available at: <br />https://www. santa-ana. org/documents/community-workforce-agreement/ <br />The undersigned BIDDER hereby agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of the CWA, <br />and is capable of completing construction of the project continuously, and without interruptions <br />or delays.
