Sample Fee Proposal <br />Consultant shall submit a fee proposal as described below. The proposal will be used for fee <br />comparison and evaluation purposes. <br />The proposer shall complete this form and include it along with the billing rates breakdown. This <br />schedule will be used to identify different plan check hourly rate for each different type of plan check. <br />Consultants are to identify their own staff to review different plan types, but only provide to the City <br />an overall hourly rate for each different plan check type.
