If required, Willdan <br />can sign maps in the capacity of the City <br />Surveyor. <br />0 <br />J <br />Schedule <br />Willdan provides complete <br />Zstructural engineering support for <br />design, analysis, inspection, and <br />evaluation of structural systems. Our staff <br />ci performs bridge advance planning <br />3: studies and analyzes and designs <br />bridges, sound walls, retaining walls, <br />E signal pole foundations and buildings. <br />o Willdan's team has experience working <br />on new, replacement, or rehabilitated <br />o bridges; cofferdams; tie -back walls; <br />m demolition; falsework and form design; <br />U bridge scour plans of action; and design <br />pp L of work trestles and temporary bridges for <br />ai construction. Our staff members have <br />o designed weirs, spillways, box culverts, <br />lined channels, custom -designed <br />N manhole inlets, and pipe protection. In <br />a� <br />addition, our staff has in-depth <br />knowledge of all federal, state, and local <br />criteria and methodologies including but <br />Cn not limited to Caltrans, AASHTO, ACI, <br />and AISC criteria and methods for <br />+= reviewing plans, preparing project <br />D development documents, design, <br />construction documents, and processing <br />design of new bridges and bridge <br />widenings, including the latest seismic <br />analysis and design procedures. <br />Willdan understands that timelines are of the essence when reviewing development projects. From our <br />experience we have learned that having a standardized schedule streamlines the plan check process <br />and manages developer expectations. We are proposing to have a standard schedule for all reviews to <br />show simplicity in the process and alleviate any undue burden of adjusting the schedule for all types of <br />reviews. The below schedule has been proven to work properly with a variety of agencies. Expedited <br />reviews can be done for a fee of 1.5 times the regular plan review cost which is outlined in the attached <br />sealed fee proposal.
