<br />TKE has no exceptions or restrictions to the City of
<br />Santa Ana's Professional Service Agreement.
<br />SECTION C I FIRM & TEAM EXPERIENCE
<br />FIRM BACKGROUND
<br />TKE Engineering, Inc. (TKE), a California
<br />Corporation, was established in June 2000, and in
<br />the last 24 years has developed into one of Southern
<br />California's premier full -service consulting
<br />engineering firms. TKE was established with the goal
<br />of providing turnkey services for municipal agencies
<br />in order to benefit our community. As a result of the
<br />focus of a firm on this mission, TKE has earned a
<br />reputation for thoroughness, rapid turnaround, cost
<br />efficiency and, overall quality of work. We are a
<br />highly motivated, dynamic firm with the goal of being
<br />your preferred consultant.
<br />TKE provides turnkey plan/map checking services for
<br />developer and capital improvement projects to
<br />numerous municipalities. The municipal services
<br />provided by our firm include Plan and Map Checking,
<br />Traffic Engineering, Surveying, Inspection, and
<br />Project Management and Construction Management
<br />services. Our wide range of services provides our
<br />team with an intimate knowledge and experience of
<br />the common pitfalls for each project variation and our
<br />plan checkers ensure developer and City projects do
<br />not fall into the same situations.
<br />TKE's primary office is located in a business owned
<br />7,000 square foot office building at 2305 Chicago
<br />Avenue in Riverside. TKE currently maintains a staff
<br />of 53 plan and map checkers, project managers,
<br />engineers, traffic engineers, surveyors, drafters,
<br />inspections, and clerical personnel.
<br />TKE Engineering, Inc. continues to be the preferred
<br />consultant for a number of our clients across Los
<br />Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino
<br />counties because our Team of licensed experts have
<br />built strong working relationships through strategic
<br />collaboration, implementation of industry best
<br />practices and lessons learned on each project;
