Figure 2 below is a sample <br />of our on-line/electronic plan check comments. <br />Record Keeping and Reporting <br />Through years of experience, we have developed <br />streamlined procedures that produce timely, <br />accurate, and consistent plan reviews. Submitted <br />improvement plans will be logged into a plan check <br />log. The plan check log (see Figure 1 on page 7) <br />tracks the engineer of record, types of improvement <br />plans submitted, date submitted, due date to be <br />completed, and any significant comments or submittal <br />requirements outstanding for that plan review. Cannon <br />will provide regular updates (and as requested by the <br />City) of the status of plan reviews to report progress <br />and anticipated return dates of outstanding plan check <br />projects. <br />As part of our project controls, Cannon will keep a <br />record of when plans are received and returned in <br />our plan check log. Excellent communications will <br />allow us to define questionable areas, technical <br />requirements, and to facilitate a smooth review and <br />approval process. <br />Turnaround Time <br />We take no exception to the turnaround time as <br />outlined in the City's RFR If expedited reviews are <br />requested, we are open to having discussions with the <br />City and implementing these types of reviews. <br />Figure 2.
