Please provide your response no later than Friday, June 7, 2023, at 4:00 PM <br />via email to KLopez10@santa-ana.org <br />Points of Clarification <br />1. Per Exhibit I of this RFP, Section C —Main Library Project Scope, the following was <br />specified regarding Bookmobile Collection: <br />Addendum No. 1 (Q&A), Question No. 12: Approximately 8,000 books and <br />audiovisual materials must be relocated to the Newhope Library upon closure of <br />the Main Library. Rented Book Carts from the vendor are preferred by the City. <br />2. Per RFP document, Section VII. Response to RFP, F. Proposal Contents, No. 2 Cost <br />Proposal, the fee schedule pricing information for storage services was to be provided <br />for an annual cost.
