EXHIBIT B <br />STATISTICAL REPORT PACKAGE FOR THE ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL <br />REPORT (ACFR) <br />SECTION 1: SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1. ANNUAL SERVICES <br />1.1. Annually, between July 1 and no later than October 15, <br />a. CONSULTANT shall use its established Database for CITY <br />b. Utilizing the Database, CONSULTANT will provide: <br />• A use category summary report for the fiscal year of the ACFR <br />• A graph showing the breakdown of the 1 % property tax rate for the largest tax rate area by <br />value. <br />• A detailed report showing the values in all value categories as received from the Assessor's <br />Office <br />• A table and graph with a ten-year history of values in the CITY <br />• A listing of the top ten property owners in the fiscal year of the ACFR in net assessed value <br />order. <br />• A listing of the top ten property owners in the fiscal year nine years prior to the year of the <br />ACFR in net assessed value order. <br />• A table showing property value by use code category for the current and nine prior fiscal <br />years. <br />• A report with the direct and overlapping tax rates within the CITY for the current and prior <br />nine fiscal years. <br />• A report with economic and demographic statistics for the current and nine prior fiscal <br />years. <br />• A report with a three-year history of single family residential transfer information <br />• A report with sales tax by category for the current and nine prior years <br />• A report with an alphabetical list of sales tax producers for the current year. The report is <br />only available if CITY contracts with Hinderliter deLlamas and Associates for sales tax <br />services. <br />• A report with an alphabetical list of sales tax producers nine years prior. The report is only <br />available if CITY contracts with Hinderliter deLlamas and Associates for sales tax services. <br />• A report of the direct and overlapping debt for the current fiscal year <br />SECTION IL FEES & CHARGES <br />1.
