<br /> RESUMES Mr. Renner is the Senior Vice President of TKE and has over 23
<br /> years of experience in civil engineering design, plan checking,
<br /> project management and construction management of both
<br /> development and public works infrastructure projects, including
<br /> grading improvements, street and transportation improvements,
