<br /> T determined project impacts, developed conditions of approval, presented
<br /> projects to planning commissions, prepared council agenda reports,
<br /> performed plan checks, seamlessly executed the entitlement process, as
<br /> well as many other municipal development services. His experience
<br /> includes survey, design and construction management of all types of civil

<br /> • On-Call Plan and Map Checking Services, Various Cities- Mr. Nix
<br /> P.E. , P.LS. has provided on-call plan checking services to several local Southern
<br /> Senior Plan Check California Cities. His experience includes providing plan checking
<br /> services for several small and large tract developments, single family
<br /> Engineer residential units, and commercial retail centers. His services have
<br /> included development project screen checks, responding to
<br /> TKE Engineering, Inc. development community inquiries, performing plan checking for
<br /> grading, street, storm drain, landscaping, street lighting, traffic signal,
<br /> EDUCATION SWPPP, erosion control, and WQMP plans, as well as conducting all
<br /> Chaffey College facets of municipal development related services.
<br /> • Director of Public Works, City of Montclair- Mr. Nix served as
<br /> Director of Public Works for the City of Montclair. His project.
<br /> REGISTRATIONS experience includes wet utility relocations necessary to support the
<br /> P.E. License Number 56810 extension of the Metro Rail from San Bernardino to Redlands and the
<br /> (CA) Central Avenue Rehabilitation Project between Phillips Blvd and
<br /> L.S. License Number 8146 Arrow Route in the City of Montclair. He also provided contract
<br /> (CA) support for plan check services for all Development Projects within
<br /> AFFILIATIONS the City of Montclair. This included review of entitlement processing
<br /> and review of all improvements plans and mapping needed to
<br /> Riverside-San Bernardino facilitate new development projects, he also provided design, QA/QC
<br /> Counties Branch, American and shop drawing review required for Land Development projects.
<br /> Society of Civil Engineers Director of Engineering and Operations, East Valley Water
<br /> (ASCE) District, City of Highland-Mr. Nix served as the Director of
<br /> American Public Works
<br /> Association (APWA) Engineering and Operations for the East Valley Water District. He
<br /> was responsible for daily operations and managing the Capital
<br /> Improvement Program which averages $5-6M of improvements to
<br /> District facilities per year. The Operations Division included both
<br /> water and wastewater and served approximately 102,000 residents
<br /> within City of Highland and portions of both City and County of San
<br /> Bernardino. The Water Division also operates a 8 MGD surface water
<br /> treatment plant which provides about 1/3 of the potable water used
<br /> within the District.
