She has thirty years of experience <br /> writing and reviewing California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental <br /> Protection Act (NEPA) clearance documents for all types of development projects as well as advance <br /> planning projects. She was responsible for preparing all CEQA and NEPA documents for all city projects, <br /> and prepared required Environmental documentation for grant funding of many city programs and <br /> projects. This included federally funded as well as state funds. Previously the Assistant Town Manager <br /> for the Town of Apple Valley, she has overseen land use planning in the town for 15 years and worked <br /> in local government planning for 27 years.
