During her 15 years with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc., she has reviewed many projects in <br /> Southern California ranging from grading plans (rough and precise) to erosion control, street <br /> improvement and parking lot plans. She has spent most of her years with CAA reviewing projects for <br /> several of our municipal clients in Southern California, many of which are in LA and Orange Counties. <br /> Janet has designed and reviewed numerous CIP projects from, bidding, and construction, through <br /> completion for several agencies.
