<br />Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the terms and conditions of the Policy apply.
<br />The following is added to SectionC. WHO IS AN INSURED:
<br />Additional Insured – Owners, Lessees Or Contractors – Completed OperationsAdditional Insured – Owners, Lessees Or Contractors – Completed Operations
<br />a.Theperson(s)ororganization(s)shownintheScheduleontheDeclarationsisalsoanadditionalinsured,but
<br />onlywithrespecttoliabilityfor"bodilyinjury"or"propertydamage"caused,inwholeorinpart,by"yourwork"
<br />andatthelocationdesignatedanddescribedintheLocationAndDescriptionOfCompletedOperations
<br />ScheduleintheDeclarationsperformedforthatadditionalinsuredandincludedinthe"products-completed
<br />operations hazard".
<br />b.Withrespecttotheinsuranceaffordedtotheseadditionalinsureds,thisinsurancedoesnotapplyto"bodily
<br />injury","propertydamage"or"personalandadvertisinginjury"arisingoutoftherenderingof,orthefailureto
<br />render, any professional architectural, engineering or surveying services, including:
<br />(1)Thepreparing,approving,editingoforfailuretoprepareorapprove,shopdrawings,maps,opinions,
<br />reports,surveys,changeorders,fieldorders,designs,drawings,specifications,warnings,
<br />recommendations, permit applications, payment requests, manuals or instructions;
<br />(2)Supervisory, inspection, quality control, architectural, engineering or surveying activities or services;
<br />(3)Maintenanceofjobsitesafety,constructionadministration,constructioncontracting,construction
<br />management,computerconsultingordesignsoftwaredevelopmentorprogrammingservice,orselection
<br />of a contractor or programming service;
<br />(4)Monitoring,sampling,ortestingservicenecessarytoperformanyoftheservicesincludedin(1),(2)or(3)
<br />above;
<br />(5)Supervision,hiring,employment,trainingormonitoringofotherswhoareperforminganyoftheservices
<br />included in(1), (2) or(3) above;
<br />c.The insurance afforded to these additional insureds only applies to the extent permitted by law.
<br />d.Ifcoverageprovidedtotheseadditionalinsuredsisrequiredbyawrittencontract,agreementorwrittenpermit
<br />issuedbyastateorgovernmentalagencyorsubdivisionorpoliticalsubdivision,theinsuranceaffordedto
<br />theseadditionalinsuredswillnotbebroaderthanthatwhichyouarerequiredbythecontract,agreementor
<br />permit to provide for these additional insureds.
