Mayor Pro Tem Phan asked for clarification regarding the proposed resolution. <br />City Attorney Carvalho stated the proposed resolution is a revised resolution in <br />relation to the current lawsuit regarding this matter. <br />Mayor Pro rum Phan spoke in support of the original proposed non -citizen voting <br />resolution. <br />Mayor Amezcua requested data related to costs of the lawsuit. <br />SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Counciimernber Penaloza moved to completely <br />remove the ballot measure question related to non -citizen voting, seconded <br />by Mayor Amezcua. <br />SECOND SUBSTITUTE MOTION.
