(b) No later than 1 year from the <br />date of termination or <br />cancellation of this insurance. <br />However this extended period <br />to "discover" loss terminates <br />immediately upon the effective <br />date of any other insurance <br />obtained by you, whether from <br />us or another insurer, replacing <br />in whole or in part the <br />coverage afforded under this <br />Additional Coverage, whether <br />or not such other insurance <br />provides coverage for loss <br />sustained prior to its effective <br />date. <br />(5) You may extend this coverage to <br />apply to loss caused by any <br />"employee" while temporarily <br />outside the Coverage Territory for <br />a period of not more than 90 days. <br />(6) The most we will pay for all loss <br />resulting directly from an <br />occurrence is $10,000 or the Limit <br />of Insurance shown in the <br />Additional Property Coverage <br />Schedule. Regardless of the <br />number of years this policy <br />remains in force or the number of <br />premiums paid, no Limit of <br />Insurance cumulates from year to <br />year. <br />(7) Special Employee Theft Exclusions <br />We will not pay for: <br />(a) Loss resulting from 'theft" or <br />any other dishonest act <br />committed by: <br />(1) You; or <br />(ii) Any of your partners or <br />"members"; <br />Whether acting alone or in <br />collusion with other persons. <br />(b) Loss caused by an "employee" <br />if the "employee" has also <br />committed 'theft" or any other <br />dishonest act prior to the <br />effective date of this policy and <br />you or any of your partners, <br />"managers", officers, directors <br />or trustees, not in collusion <br />with the "employee", learned of <br />that 'theft" or dishonest act <br />prior to the policy period <br />shown in the Declarations. <br />(c) Loss resulting from 'theft" or <br />any other dishonest act <br />committed by any of your <br />"employees", "managers", <br />directors, trustees or <br />authorized representatives: <br />TM <br />Hanover <br />Insurance Croup_ <br />ODFD785344 5701644 <br />(I) Whether acting alone or in <br />collusion with other <br />persons; or <br />(ii) While performing services <br />for you or others; <br />Except when covered under <br />this Additional Coverage. <br />(d) Loss that is an indirect result <br />of an occurrence covered by <br />this Additional Coverage, <br />including, but not limited to, <br />loss resulting from: <br />(e) <br />(f) <br />(g) <br />(h) <br />(i) Your inability to realize <br />income that you would <br />have realized had there <br />been no loss of or damage <br />to "money", "securities" or <br />"other property"; <br />(ii) Payment of damages of <br />any type for which you are <br />legally liable; <br />(!it) Payment of costs, fees or <br />other expenses you incur <br />in establishing either the <br />existence or the amount of <br />loss under this Additional <br />Coverage. <br />Fees, costs and expenses <br />incurred by you which are <br />related to any legal action. <br />Loss or that part of any loss, <br />the proof of which as to its <br />existence or amount is <br />dependent upon: <br />(i) An inventory computation; <br />or <br />(ii) A profit and loss <br />computation. <br />However, where you establish <br />wholly apart from such <br />computations that you have <br />sustained a loss, then you may <br />offer your inventory records <br />and actual physical count of <br />inventory in support of the <br />amount of loss claimed. <br />Loss resulting from trading, <br />whether in your name or in a <br />genuine or fictitious account. <br />Loss resulting from fraudulent <br />or dishonest signing, issuing, <br />canceling or failing to cancel, a <br />warehouse receipt or any <br />papers connected with it. <br />Loss rem„urn,, fm— <br />(1) The <br />discic <br />391-1003 08 16 Includes copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permissi, <br />REAexm 6A OVED BY <br />H A. -fa AeaV44 <br />RA Management Specialist <br />
