DTA utilized the <br />applicable electrical and natural gas usage metrics from the 2018 Commercial <br />Buildings Energy Consumption Survey ('CBECS') conducted by the U.S. Energy <br />Information and Administration ("EIA"), with the sourcing of the water usage metric <br />from the 2012 CBECS compiled by the EIA. The UUT revenues generated are <br />presented later in the Report in Table 10. <br />AS Other Property Tax Revenue <br />Per California Revenue and Taxation Code j11901, et seq., and the City Code <br />53.22.020, sales of real property are taxed by the City at a rate of $0.55 per $1,000 of <br />property value, excluding assumed liens or encumbrances.
