(9) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ATTACHMENT I <br />STATEMENT REGARDING COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT (CWA) <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />STATEMENT REGARDING COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT (CWA) <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />This is to certify that the undersigned BIDDER, and subcontractors, have read and understood <br />the CWA entered into by and between the City of Santa Ana, the Los Angeles/Orange Counties <br />Building and Construction Trades Council, and the signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions, <br />effective as of September 1st, 2017. The undersigned BIDDER hereby agrees to comply with all <br />terms and conditions of the CWA, and is capable of completing construction of the project <br />continuously, without interruptions or delays.
