CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />RFP NO.: 24-050 <br />FLOW CONTROL VALVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM <br />The following markup percentages shall be added to the Contractor's costs and shall constitute <br />the markup for all overhead and profits (to the sum of the costs and markups, one (1) percent <br />shall be added as compensation for bonding): <br />1) Labor......................................................................................................20 <br />2) Materials................................................................................................15 <br />3) Equipment Rental...................................................................................15 <br />4) Other Items and Expenditures................................................................15 <br />XIV. FEE SCHEDULE: <br />Contractor shall submit a fee schedule as described in Section III.B.3 of RFP. No separately <br />stated freight or deliveries will be considered. Bidders shall include all costs in the unit price bid. <br />Furthermore, the Contractor shall submit additional labor, material and rental equipment rates <br />along with fee schedule. Contractor's labor and equipment rate sheet shall list rates for all labor <br />designations, equipment, rentals, and materials. The bid items specified in the fee schedule are <br />for reference purposes only. Labor increases shall be subject to mutually agreeable terms <br />between the City and the Contractor. The City may request related services that will be paid at <br />the vendor's standard labor and equipment rate submitted.
