Please provide a range of references across all eligible government entity groups <br />including K-12, higher education, city, county, or non-profit entities. <br />All references should include the following information from the entity: <br />• Entity Name <br />• Contact Name and Title <br />• City and State <br />• Phone <br />• Email <br />• Years Serviced <br />• Description of Services <br />• Annual Volume <br />NCPA also accepts Procurated review scores to evaluate relationships with their customers. Vendors without a <br />current Procurated score will be rated based solely on the references provided, and will not be penalized for lack of <br />Procurated scoring.
