Proposed Work Plan <br />Mariposa Landscape, Inc understands and agrees to follow the scope of work provided in RFP No. 24-018. <br />There will be a sufficient number of laborers to fulfill this contract. This includes 1 supervisor/account manager, 2 <br />foreman, 2 laborer, and 1 irrigation tech that will look over the routine maintenance such as mowing and shrub <br />maintenance. <br />Each branch has crews that perform extra work so that the committed amount of manpower of each site is not <br />affected by additional requested services. <br />Note: Named staff listed above is subject to change, however the position will be filled by the qualified trained <br />personnel needed to fulfill the necessary Scope of Work. For the most efficient transition, Mariposa will consider <br />hiring any qualified workers from the incumbent contractor's work force. <br />Anticipated Approach <br />No. of <br />Employees <br />.. Titles <br />Description of Work District 1 <br />Shrub and Ground Cover Pruning Crew <br />The foremen will be responsible for carrying out the pruning schedule. This <br />1 <br />Foreman <br />includes all pruning of shrubs and ground cover as well as documenting and <br />(20%) <br />communicating work reports and hazardous conditions. The foremen will be <br />in direct contact with the Account Manager. <br />1 <br />Laborers <br />The laborers assigned to this contract will be responsible for assisting all <br />(20%) <br />routine pruning tasks, including all pruning of shrubs and ground cover. <br />Mowing Operations <br />The foreman will be responsible for carrying out the weekly mow schedule <br />1 <br />Foreman <br />and will work with the crews every day. This includes documenting and <br />(20%) <br />communicating work reports and hazardous conditions. They will be in <br />direct contact with the Account Manager. <br />The laborers assigned to this task will be responsible for routine tasks. <br />1 <br />Laborer <br />Including operating mowers, edging, weed removal and litter control as <br />(20%) <br />needed. <br />Irrigation <br />Irrigation <br />The irrigation technician will be responsible for all minor irrigation repairs <br />1 <br />Technicians <br />and monitoring.
