(9) CITY OF SANTA ANA ATTACHMENT A: PROPOSER'S FEE SCHEDULE Certification - I certify that I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposals. I have examined the Scope of Services (Exhibit 1) and am familiar with the scope of work locations. I am familiar with all the existing conditions and limitation that may impact work requests. I understand and agree that I am responsible for reporting any errors, omissions or discrepancies to the City for clarification prior to the submission of my proposal. Proposal Item Price - Specify costs for the proposed landscaping work at the various systems detailed in Exhibit 11. Indicate a monthly and annual price for each bid item. Total quotation is to be firm offer for no less than ninety (90) days and will be regarded by the City as bidder's best and final offer. Note: This contract is subject to prevailing wages.
