i <br />Allocation of FY 2002-2003 <br />Emergency Shelter Grant Funds <br />April 1, 2002 <br />Page 3 <br />Four applications were rated so low that the evaluation panel did not <br />recommend funding. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />HUD provides ESG funds to the City. Funds will be utilized for eligible <br />activities by nonprofit homeless service agencies and the City. No <br />additional City .,funding is necessary; thus, the only fiscal impact on the <br />City is that'of on administration. Funds for sub -recipients will be <br />available in the FY 2002-2003 Emergency Shelter Grant account (account <br />no. 135-1.52-6931) . <br />Jo .
