Guy <br />89-32597 <br />Dear Mr. & Mrs. Sarmiento: <br />Permission is. hereby granted for you to conduct public dancing on the <br />above -referenced premises pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 11 of <br />the Santa Ana Municipal code on the following conditions: <br />I. No dancing shall be allowed on the premises after 1:30 a.m. <br />2. No music shall be played outside the premises nor be audible be- <br />yond the area under control of the licensee. <br />3. One uniformed licensed security guard for every 100 persons or less, <br />in attendance shall be employed by management, to be approved by the <br />Chief of Police. <br />Your application has been granted conditional approval by the Planning <br />Department. Should you decide to charge admission, a Conditional Use <br />Permit (CUP) will be required through their department. <br />This permit shall be effective commencing November 28, 1989r and will <br />remain in effect for one year from the date of issuance at which time a <br />new application shall be filed with the Chief of Police. <br />This letter shall serve as the permit, is non -transferable and shall <br />remain on the premises for public display. <br />Sincerely, <br />PAUL M .
