There shall be no exterior advertising of any kind or type, <br />including advertising directed to the exterior from within, <br />promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic <br />beverages on the premises. <br />7. The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not <br />exceed the gross sales of food or other commodities during. <br />the same period. <br />8. The sale of alcoholic beverages on the premises, for <br />consumption off the premises, is prohibited. <br />9. There shall be no public telephones located on the exterior <br />of the premises. All interior pay phones shall be <br />restricted to outgoing calls only. <br />10. The petitioner(s) are responsible for maintaining the <br />premises free of litter. <br />11. The premises is to be maintained as a bona fide eating <br />establishment and provide a menu containing an assortment <br />of foods normally offered in restaurants. <br />12. The premises shall not operate as an adult entertainment <br />business as such term defined in Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />Section 41-12.2. <br />13. Neither the applicant, nor any person or entity operating <br />the premises with the permission of the applicant, shall <br />violate the City's adult entertainment ordinance contained <br />in Santa Ana Municipal Code Sections 12•--1 and 12-2. <br />14. There shall be no one under 21 years of age in the bar, <br />lounge or pool table area after the. sales and service of <br />food has been discontinued, or at anytime after 10:00 p.m. <br />15. The applicant must at all times possess a valid public <br />dance permit on issued by the Chief of Police and shall at <br />all times comply.with Chapter 11 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code. <br />16. The premises needs to comply with S.A.M.C. Chapter 29 and <br />possess a valid Pool and Billiard Permit issued by the <br />Chief of Police. <br />O(HIBIT I <br />
