' Design Objectives <br />The development on the Sales Parcels shall show a high quality <br />of site planning and architectural design and a pleasing, safe <br />and welly -maintained environment conducive to an active <br />indoor/outdoor festival shopping, entertainment and cultural <br />center as specified in the approved Site Masterplan. <br />All rehabilitation work shall comply with the current U.S. <br />Secretary of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation. <br />Parking <br />The Agency agrees to design and construct or cause -to be <br />designed and constructed, parking facilities on the "Public <br />Parking Areas" designated on Attachment No. 6, Map of Public <br />Parking Areas. A minimum of 350 surface parking spaces shall <br />be provided. <br />Open Air Markets <br />The Agency and Redeveloper, in conjunction with the City and <br />the Downtown Santa Ana Business Association, will cooperate to <br />develop mutually acceptable marketing, leasing, operation and <br />revenue sharing programs for the "Mercado" and Paseo" public <br />open-air markets located within the Site. <br />z <br />
