April 4 2025 <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Attention: Marlene Alcaraz <br />20 Civic Center Plaza M-93 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />Re: Auto Insurance and Worker’s Comp Requirements <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Pyramid Group International, Inc. or PGI, has intent to enter into an agreement with the <br />City of Santa Ana. Throughout the course of this agreement, Pyramid Group International, <br />Inc. attests to the following: <br />1.Automobile Liability <br />•Pyramid Group International, Inc. employees will not use/drive any <br />vehicle during the course and scope of the services provided in the <br />agreement/contract. <br />•Pyramid Group International, Inc. employees will not use any <br />owned/rented/leased vehicles during the course and scope of the services <br />provided in the agreement/contract. <br />•Pyramid Group International, Inc. consultants/independent contractors/ <br />employees utilize their personal vehicles/non-company owned, borrowed, <br />or rented/leased vehicles for transportation to and from work and if <br />applicable carry their own automobile insurance. <br />2.Worker’s Compensation <br />•Pyramid Group International Inc. is aware of the requirement by the State <br />of California and the Statutory Limits, and Employer’s Liability Insurance
