P. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Professional Liability Insurance Policy <br />Professional Services means those services performed by the Insured, or on the Insured's <br />behalf, for others, for a fee, or as endorsed onto this Policy. <br />Q. WRONGFUL ACT(S) <br />Wrongful Acts) means any actual or alleged negligent act, error or omission by the <br />Insured or by any entity or person for whom the Insured is legally liable, committed while <br />performing, or during the course of performance or failing to perform Professional <br />Services for others. <br />V. LIMITS OF INSURANCE AND DEDUCTIBLE <br />A. THE LIMITS OF INSURANCE <br />The Limits of Insurance shown in the Declarations and the other applicable limits set forth <br />in this section below will be the maximum amount the Company will pay regardless of the <br />number of: <br />1. Claims made; <br />2. Persons or organizations making Claims; <br />3. Insureds; and/or <br />4. Actual or alleged Wrongful Acts. <br />B. EACH CLAIM LIMIT FOR DAMAGES <br />The "Each Claim Limit for Damages' amount shown in the Declarations is the maximum <br />amount the Company will pay under this Policy, in excess of any deductible amount <br />shown in the Declarations or specifically endorsed onto this Policy, on behalf of the <br />Insured, for the sum of all Damages incurred, and any other coverages afforded under this <br />Policy or any attached endorsements, arising out of any single Claim. <br />Two or more Claims for or arising out of the same or related Wrongful Acts shall be <br />considered a single Claim and shall be subject to the "Each Claim Limit for Damages' <br />shown in the Declarations. A related Wrongful Act is that which arises out of, is based on, <br />relates to or is in consequence of, the same facts, Circumstances or situations. <br />C. AGGREGATE LIMIT FOR DAMAGES <br />The "Aggregate Limit for Damages' amount shown in the Declarations is the maximum <br />amount the Company will pay under this Policy, in excess of any deductible amount <br />shown in the Declarations or specifically endorsed onto this Policy, on behalf of the <br />Insured, for the sum of all Damages for all Claims made and reported during the Policy <br />Period or any applicable Extended Reporting Period. <br />D. CLAIMS EXPENSE LIMIT FOR EACH CLAIM <br />The "Claims Expense Limit for Each Claim" amount shown in the Declarations is the <br />maximum amount the Company will pay for the sum of all Claims Expenses that arise out <br />of any single Claim that is made and reported during the Policy Period or any applicable <br />Extended Reporting Period. <br />E.
