VII. DUTY TO DEFEND, INVESTIGATION AND SETTLEMENT

<br />Professional Liability Insurance Policy
<br />Any Claim arising out of or resulting from the design or manufacture of any goods or
<br />products, for multiple sales or mass distribution which are sold or supplied by the Insured
<br />or by others under license from the Insured.
<br />L. PROPERTY LIABILITY
<br />Any Claim arising out of or resulting from the Insured's ownership, rental, lease,
<br />maintenance, operation, use, repair, voluntary or involuntary sale, transfer, exchange, gift,
<br />abandonment or condemnation of any real or personal property including without
<br />limitation, automobiles, aircraft, watercraft and other kinds of conveyances.
<br />M. RELATED ENTITIES
<br />Any Claim arising out of Professional Services performed for any entity which:
<br />1. Is operated, managed or controlled by the Insured or any individual Insured;
<br />2. The Insured or any individual Insured has an ownership interest;
<br />3. The Insured or any individual Insured is an officer or director; or
<br />4. Wholly or partly owns, operates, controls or manages the Insured.
<br />N. TRANSPORTATION
<br />Damages based upon or arising out of the ownership, maintenance, use or the
<br />entrustment to others of any automobile, watercraft, aircraft or rolling stock owned or
<br />operated by or rented or loaned to any Insured.
<br />However, this exclusion does not apply to any Claim arising out of the ownership,
<br />maintenance, use or entrustment to others of any Drones by the Insured for the purpose of
<br />taking aerial photographs related to industrial inspections and the general operations of
<br />environmental impact, work progress, mapping or project planning.
<br />o. WAR AND TERRORISM
<br />Any Claim directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from or in connection with:
<br />1. Any of the following regardless of any other cause or event contributing concurrently
<br />or in any other sequence to the loss:
<br />a. War, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities or warlike operations (whether
<br />war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, civil commotion
<br />assuming the proportions of or amounting to an uprising, military or usurped
<br />power; or
<br />b. Any act of terrorism.
<br />2. Any action taken in controlling, preventing, suppressing or in any way relating to a. or
<br />b. above.
<br />For the purpose of this exclusion, an act of terrorism means an act, including but not
<br />limited to the use of force or violence and/or the threat thereof, of any person or group(s)
<br />of persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of or in connection with any organization(s)
<br />or govemment(s), committed for political, religious, ideological or similar purposes
<br />including the intention to influence any government and/or to put the public, or any section
<br />of the public, in fear.
