<br />Virus or Bacteria Exclusion Endorsement
<br />This endorsement, effective 03/22/2024, attaches to and forms a part of
<br />Policy Number FEI-ECC-28399-03.
<br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
<br />This endorsement modifies coverage provided under the following coverage part(s):
<br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY
<br />SECTION- I COVERAGES, COVERAGE A BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, 2.
<br />Exclusions, is amended by the addition of the following exclusion:
<br />q. Virus or Bacteria
<br />(1) Any damages for "bodily injury" or "property damage" caused by, resulting from, or
<br />relating to any virus, bacterium, or other microorganism that causes disease, illness, or
<br />physical distress or that is capable of causing disease, illness, or physical distress.
<br />This exclusion applies to, but is not limited to damages for "bodily injury' or "property
<br />damage" as a result of:
<br />a. any contamination by any virus, bacterium, or other microorganism; or
<br />b. any denial of access to property because of any virus, bacterium, or other
<br />microorganism.
<br />(2) This exclusion set forth herein supersedes the "terms" of any other exclusions referring
<br />to "pollution" or to contamination with respect to any damages for bodily injury or property
<br />damage caused by, resulting from, or relating to any virus, bacterium, or other
<br />microorganism that causes disease, illness, or physical distress or that is capable of causing
<br />disease, illness, or physical distress.
<br />SECTION I - COVERAGES, COVERAGE B PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING INJURY LIABILITY,
<br />2. Exclusions, is amended by the addition of the following exclusion:
<br />p. Virus or Bacteria
<br />(1) Any damages for "personal and advertising injury' caused by, resulting from, or relating
<br />to any virus, bacterium, or other microorganism that causes disease, illness, or physical
<br />distress that is capable of causing disease, illness, or physical distress.
<br />This exclusion applies to, but is not limited to damages for "personal and advertising injury" as a
<br />result of:
<br />a. any contamination by any virus, bacterium, or other microorganism; or
<br />b. any denial of access to property because of any virus, bacterium, or
<br />other microorganism.
