The "Recipient Activities" shall consist of. - <br />Recipient shall: <br />(a) purchase Project Site A and Parking Areas and carry out related <br />relocation and demolition activities for an aggregate cost of approximately <br />$5,017,000 utilizing HUD Section 108 loan proceeds of not less than $2,850,000 and <br />Tax Increment financing of not less than $2,167,000; <br />(b) sell Project Site A to Developer for a nominal fee of $1.00; <br />(c) lend to Developer not more than $552,000 of Grant Funds which shall be <br />used in accordance with Page 2 of Exhibit ➢ to this Grant Agreement; <br />(d) collect $300,000 from Developer to defray the cost of improving a <br />350-space parking lot on Parking Areas; <br />(e) lend to Ranges not more than $90,000 of Grant Funds which shall be used <br />in accordance with Page 3 of Exhibit D to this Grant Agreement; <br />(f) lend to Ceballos not more than $36,000 of Grant Funds which shall be used <br />in accordance with Page 4 of Exhibit D to this Grant Agreement; <br />(g) lend to Escalante not more than $11,000 of Grant Funds which shall be <br />used.in accordance with Page 5 of Exhibit D to this Grant Agreement; and <br />(h) issue and sell to Underwriters not less than $6,000,000 of Industrial <br />Revenue Bonds for the development of the Project. <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
