Such certification shall identify the kinds of assets and the nature of <br />the irrevocable commitment. <br />(b) Evidence of this commitment shall be in accordance with Section <br />10.07 or 10.08 of this Grant Agreement. <br />xi <br />(a) Rangel shall irrevocably and unconditionally guarantee the repayment of <br />the UDAG Interim/Permanent Loan to it and Rangel and Guarantor shall <br />unconditionally and irrevocably guarantee the completion of the development of <br />Project Element B within the timeframe hereafter set forth in Exhibit F to this <br />Grant Agreement. <br />(b) Evidence of this commitment shall be in accordance with Section <br />10.04 of this Grant Agreement. <br />x1I <br />(a) Recipient's attorney or an acceptable banking institution shall <br />certify that cash or liquid assets of not less than $88.068 are available or <br />irrevocably committed to Ceballos and are sufficient to complete the development of <br />Project Element C. Such certification shall identify the kinds of assets and the <br />nature of the irrevocable commitment. <br />(b) Evidence of this commitment shall be in accordance with Section <br />10.07 or 10.08 of this Grant Agreement. <br />x1II <br />(a) Ceballos shall irrevocably and unconditionally guarantee the repayment of <br />the UDAG interim/Permanent Loan and Ceballos and Guarantor shall irrevocably and <br />unconditionally guarantee the completion of the development of Project Element C <br />within -the timeframe hereafter set forth in Exhibit F to this Grant Agreement. <br />(b) Evidence of this commitment shall be in accordance with Section <br />10.04 of this Grant Agreement. <br />EXHIBIT E <br />Page =o of 22 <br />
