Minority residents, <br />ii. Residents living in poverty, <br />iii. Availability of public transportation, <br />iv. Lending rates (HMDA data), <br />v. Section 8 rental assistance, <br />vi. Public housing, <br />vii. Group homes, and <br />viii. Other information <br />12. Information and analysis of the effects of: <br />i. Building, occupancy and health, and safety codes on housing and the use of <br />accessibility standards and reasonable accommodation in local construction. <br />ii. Applicable zoning and land use laws and policies that may place restrictions on <br />housing or housing choice and the application of reasonable accommodation with <br />respect to disabled populations. <br />iii. Policies and practices concerning the application of local neighborhood or site <br />standards on new construction, especially for assisted housing development. <br />
