BLANKET WAIVER OF SUBROGATION <br />The following is added to Paragraph A.S., <br />Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against <br />Others To Us, of SECTION IV — BUSINESS <br />AUTO CONDITIONS: <br />We waive any right of recovery we may have <br />against any person or organization to the extent <br />required of you by a written contract signed and <br />executed prior to any "accident" or "loss", <br />provided that the "accident" or "loss" arises out of <br />operations contemplated by such contract.
