<br /> "Your work":
<br /> a. Means:
<br /> (1) Work, services or operations performed by you or on your behalf; and
<br /> (2) Materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such work, services or operations.
<br /> b. Includes:
<br /> (1) Warranties or representations made at any time with respect to the fitness, quality, durability, performance,
<br /> use, handling, maintenance, operation or safety of"your work"; and
<br /> (2) The providing of or failure to provide warnings or instructions.
<br /> T. Expanded Personal and Advertising Injury Definition
<br /> 1. The"personal and advertising injury" definition under the Definitions Section is replaced by the following:
<br /> "Personal and advertising injury" means injury, including consequential "bodily injury", arising out of one or more
<br /> of the following offenses:
<br /> a. False arrest, detention or imprisonment;
<br /> b. Malicious prosecution;
<br /> c. The wrongful eviction from, wrongful entry into, or invasion of the right of private occupancy of a room,
<br /> dwelling or premises that a person occupies, committed by or on behalf of its owner, landlord or lessor;
<br /> d. Oral or written publication, in any manner, of material that slanders or libels a person or organization or
<br /> disparages a person's or organization's goods, products or services;
<br /> e. Oral or written publication, in any manner, of material that violates a person's right of privacy;
<br /> f. The use of another's advertising idea in your"advertisement";
<br /> g. Infringing upon another's copyright, trade dress or slogan in your"advertisement"; or
<br /> h. Discrimination, harassment or segregation, based on sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender
<br /> expression, marital status, race, creed, religion, national origin, age, physical capabilities or mental
<br /> capabilities, except to the extent:
<br /> (1) Insurance for the discrimination, harassment or segregation is prohibited by law; or
<br /> (2) The discrimination, harassment or segregation directly or indirectly relates to the employment,
<br /> prospective employment or termination of employment of any person or persons by any insured.
<br /> As used in this endorsement, discrimination, harassment or segregation includes continuous or repeated
<br /> exposure to substantially the same general harmful conditions.
<br /> 2. Solely for the purposes of Paragraph 1.h. above, the following exclusion is added to Paragraph 2. Exclusions of
<br /> Section I—Coverage B—Personal And Advertising Injury Liability:
<br /> This insurance does not apply to:
<br /> Discrimination, Harassment Or Segregation Prior To Policy Period
<br /> "Personal and advertising injury" arising out of any discrimination, harassment or segregation which formed the
<br /> basis of an offense before the beginning of the policy period.
<br /> U. Duties in the Event of Occurrence, Offense, Claim or Suit Condition
<br /> The following paragraphs are added to Paragraph 2. Duties In The Event Of Occurrence, Offense, Claim Or Suit
<br /> of Section IV—Commercial General Liability Conditions:
<br /> Notice of an "occurrence" or of an offense which may result in a claim under this insurance or notice of a claim or
<br /> "suit" shall be given to us as soon as practicable after knowledge of the "occurrence", offense, claim or "suit" has
<br /> been reported to any insured listed under Paragraph 1. of Section II—Who Is An Insured or an "employee"authorized
<br /> by you to give or receive such notice. Knowledge by other "employees" of an "occurrence", offense, claim or "suit"
<br /> does not imply that you also have such knowledge.
