F � N-W Mdrw fl- <br />Support and Maintenance <br />In an effort to provide for all of the needs that may arise during the life of a client's <br />Facilities/Fleet system, FMi has created a full service support plan that covers all aspects <br />of the system. FMi provides all the necessary support services to keep the system up and <br />running trouble -free for the life of your contract. FMi provides the following: <br />• FMi Platinum Support Services <br />Facility System refers to Peregrine FacilityCenter or Peregrine Property Asset <br />Management software. <br />Fleet System refers to Peregrine Fleet Management software or Peregrine Fleet <br />Anywhere software. <br />1.1 Platinum Support Services <br />Platinum Support is designed to be FM International's most comprehensive support plan. <br />It goes beyond solving software function problems (provided by the Bronze service plan). <br />It provides in-depth support for work process, reporting, training, and any other problem <br />clients have in using either Facility or Fleet Systems. Platinum level support may be <br />delivered either remotely or on -site, as appropriate. Priority is given to Platinum Support <br />Services customer. <br />In addition, it includes the following: <br />• Annual On -site User Conference <br />• Configuration / Backup Management <br />• Remote Access <br />• Server Support <br />• Extended Technical Support <br />• On Site Support <br />• A Quarterly Contract Status Report <br />1.1.lAnnual On -site User Conference <br />A client can request an annual on -site user conference. During the on -site user <br />conference, FMi meets with the key users and managers for a %Z day to review the needs <br />and concerns of the client. This allows FMi to better prepare our dedicated technical <br />support staff to client specific issues. This meeting is repeated annually during the <br />maintenance upgrade service activity. This process may also be accomplished remotely <br />by phone interview or online. <br />€ 00 W.
