1.1.8Authorization <br />The Platinum support is intended to provide more in depth support for the Facility/Fleet <br />System and how it is used in the Client's organization. FMi recommends that any request <br />for service within the Platinum support service that exceeds 25% of the hours allocated <br />should be undertaken in a separate service contract to help ensure the support hours are <br />available when needed. if the Client prefers to place a different control on this time, FMi <br />will work with the Client to establish an acceptable procedure. <br />1.1.9Limitations <br />Client acknowledges that FMi is under no obligation to perform services with respect to <br />any hardware or any software this is not under direct control of FMi. <br />1.1.10 Billing rates <br />The FMi Platinum Support program uses billing units to track client support service <br />usage. Different billing units are used depending on the type of services needed. As an <br />example, more units are charged for strategic consulting and fewer units are charged for <br />administrator services. <br />Invoices will be submitted at the beginning of the month on a quarterly basis. Quarterly <br />payments will be in the amount of $3087.50. The date of support initiation will be when <br />City of Santa Ana provides a signed contract and a purchase order for FMi for the entire <br />amount of the proposal. This date will also define the biannual renewal date. FMi will <br />bill only the quarterly amount each time against the PO. <br />Platinum Support is provided with the understanding that City of Santa Ana WRD <br />maintains its software maintenance contract with Peregrine Systems for the primary <br />product telephone support levels 1, II and III. <br />FMi Expanded Support $24,700 for 130 units (65 units per year) due <br />at service initiation. 2 Year term support plan. <br />Senior Consultant <br />1.30 Units <br />Department Manager <br />1.30 Units <br />Project Manager <br />1.05 Units <br />Senior Technical Specialist <br />1.05 Units <br />Senior Application Engineer <br />1.00 Units <br />Application Engineer <br />0.75 Unit <br />Administrative Support <br />0.40 Units <br />If FMi resources are required that are not located in FMi's corporate location in Santa <br />Ana, then on -site Facility/Fleet System Support will be charged travel time at 1 unit / Hr <br />plus IRS mileage rate or travel expenses from FMi to client location. <br />600 W.
