EXHIBI`I` C <br />MARKETING PLAN <br />FOR <br />SANTIAGO 'VILLAS SENIORS APARTMENTS <br />The goal of the marketing plan is accelerate lease -up by (1) informing the public of the future <br />opening of the project, (2) cresting interest within the target market and (3) directing <br />potential tenants to the site. <br />1. Onsite Presentation <br />LeasingNarketiag Office, -- To be located in front building lobby, staffed by leasing <br />manager beginning two months prior to project completion; office will maintain a <br />dedicated answering system and include an aerial view of the property, unit floor plans, <br />and promotional materials, Manager will commence pre-screening of applications 2 <br />months prior to completion. <br />Model Upi_tUpi_t — A fully decorated one bedroom model unit, located in front building, will <br />be available for applicant viewing. <br />2. Onsite Signage <br />"Coming Soon / Reserve Your boom Now" Si i — Design to include MHO loco and <br />contact information as well as information regarding the Lender and the City of Santa <br />Ana. <br />"Grand Openinz /Now Leasin' Banner — Replaces "Coming Soon" banner and design <br />to include, MHG logo and contact information. <br />Engy Monument — Fountain will be constructed per landscape plans and permanent sign <br />will be placed above fountain on southwest face of maim building. <br />Leasin ,Offt e Directional — Signage will be provided in order to direct potential tenants <br />to packing, leasing office, and model unit. <br />Visitor Parking — Will be placed at eleven stalls, including two handicapped <br />spaces, located on the east side of the building. <br />3. Off'site Signage <br />Bootleg sisigns; Temporary signs will be strategically placed throughout the surrounding <br />market area. <br />4. Media Advertising <br />Website — An easy -to -use website will be available and will include SV logo, description <br />of property, list of'amenities, sample floor plans and contact information. <br />
