In consideration of the rents and covenants bereinaf ter set forth, Owner hereby leases and demises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases and takes from Owner, the premises l-p-reinafter described on the terms and conditions set forth in this Lease Agreement, bereinafter called the "Lease".
