In consideration of the rents and covenants bereinaf ter set forth, Owner hereby leases and demises <br />to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases and takes from Owner, the premises l-p-reinafter described on the <br />terms and conditions set forth in this Lease Agreement, bereinafter called the "Lease". <br />BASIC LEASE PROVISIONS <br />The words and figures set forth in Paragraphs A to A, both inclusive, are part of this Lease area <br />relate to the ntnbered articles which follow: <br />A.
