SERVICE AGR� <br />`the First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California, herein <br />called the first party, hereby agrees to furnish the services as hereinafter set <br />forth, to the City of Santa Ana, California, herein called the second party. Said <br />first party agrees to receive and accept as full compensation therefor, and said <br />second party agrees to pay the fees or charges for such services as hereinafter set <br />forth. <br />1. CONDENMTION REPORT OR GUARAN=S <br />First party to furnish as ordered by second party the usual form of <br />report or guarantee, not to exceed the scam, of $3000.00 per parcel, sufficient <br />in form to cover the acquisition of certain property designated by second <br />party to be used for rights of Way, easements, streets, alleys, highraays, <br />sewers, storm drains, school sites or tax delinquent properties, for a <br />fee of $38.00 per parcel. <br />11. FINAL POLICIES OF 12TU INSMOCE <br />First party to furnish as ordered by second party a final policy of title <br />insurance on each parcel of property covering the final acquisition by <br />second party of the property involved by either a deed, decree of condemnation <br />or decree quieting title, for the following fees and charges; <br />Within. Eighteen (18) Months: <br />If the policy is issued, within eighteen (18) months from the <br />forwarding date of the initial report or guarantee: <br />A. When the final policy of title insurance is to be <br />issued its a minimum amount not to exceed the sum <br />of $3500.00 per parcel,, even though the acquisition price <br />paid by the second party for such property is in <br />excess of $3500.00 per parcel., the charge shall be <br />$45.00 per parcel, less a credit of the original <br />$38.00 charge for the initial report or guarantee. <br />B. When the final policy of title insurance is to be <br />issued in an amount greater than $3500.00 per parcel, <br />or the equivalent of the full purchase price of the <br />taking, where such amount is in excess of $3500.00 <br />per parcel, the charge shall be as follows; <br />3.75 up to and including $3500.00 of insurance, pleas <br />$2.75 each additional $500.00 of insurance up to and <br />including $10,000.00, plus $3.50 for each additional <br />thousand of insurance nap to and including $25, 000.00, plus <br />$2.25 for each additional thousand of insurance up to <br />$100, 000.00, plus $ .50 for each additional thousand of <br />insurance above $100, 000.00 based upon the actual amount <br />
