SIEMENS <br />Clarifications & Exclusions <br />Clarifications: <br />Pricing includes standard ground shipping. <br />Customer to provide IT Support for devices utilizing customer's private network (IP addresses, subnet <br />and gateway, and rack space). <br />Work is assumed to be completed during normal business hours Monday — Friday 7am-4pm. <br />If additional Construction Oversite is exceeded, a change order will follow. <br />Exclusions: <br />• Construction permits to be excluded. <br />• Costs associated with schedule acceleration, project meetings, multiple trips onsite due to <br />incompletion of others, or multiple unplanned phases are excluded. <br />• Engineer drawings are excluded. <br />• Performance or Payment bonds are excluded. <br />• Patching and Painting is excluded from Siemens scope. <br />• Network rack to be excluded from this scope of work. <br />• Siemens assumes 120VAC at required locations (server, monitor, switch, etc.) and is excluded <br />from Siemens scope. <br />• Overtime. <br />Page 8 of 12 <br />
