EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will perform the following services: <br />1. provide software design and support; <br />2. provide ongoing training and support to microcomputer users; <br />3. undertake and complete various projects of a networking, hardware and/or <br />application software -related nature; <br />4. perform minor network maintenance and support; <br />5. provide minor hardware support; <br />6. coordinate the above capacity within current and future project parameters <br />of consistency and standardization. <br />Payment rate: $33.00 per hour not,to exceed $15,000 <br />
