That Parcel III shall continue in the use to which it is <br />now devoted, to wit: a parking structure for automobiles of tenants <br />of the residential building now upon Parcels I and 11. <br />2. ALLEN & Co. and its successors and assigns in interest, <br />whether voluntary or involuntary, shall not in any manner, voluntarily <br />or involuntarily, cause or permit title to Parcels 1, 11 or III to be <br />conveyed except as,a single parcel. <br />S.
