Section 1503. SEPARABiLiTY. If any section or part of section of <br />this Charter, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, <br />shall be held ]nv&lid by · court of competent jurisdiction, such holding <br />shall not effect the remainder of this Chsrter, or the context in which <br />such section or pert of section so held invalid may appear, except to the <br />extent thst an entire section or part of section may be inseparably con- <br />nected in meaning and effect with the section or part of section to which <br />such holding will directly apply, or the application of such provision to <br />other persons or circumstances. <br /> <br /> <br />
