General Liability Insurance <br />Contractor and City, its officers and employees against claims arising from bodily injury or death <br />to persons occurring on Contractor's business premises or otherwise through Contractor's <br />operation or performance under this Agreement. Said insurance shall consist of combined single <br />limit liability coverage in an amount of $1,000,000 or other sufficient coverage as approved by <br />the Chief Counsel of the SBPIC. <br />B. Automobile Insurance <br />.If a Contractor, in conducting activities under this agreement, uses motor vehicles, <br />the Contractor: shall insure that the City, its officers and employees are held harmless against <br />claims arising from the ownership, maintenance or use of said motor vehicles. In addition, <br />Contractor .shall provide insurance through a commercial insurance company 'authorized to do <br />business in the State of California. The coverage shall be $1,000,000 single limit liability, or <br />such other sufficient coverage approved by the Chief Counsel of the SBPIC. <br />C. Worker Compensation <br />Contractor shall provide worker compensation insurance coverage and benefits or I <br />other comparable insurance coverage as required by State and Federal law. <br />11 <br />
