Reduce the total budget; <br />2. Make any changes in the general scope of this Agreement; <br />3. Place the Contractor on Probation status; <br />Terminate the Agreement. <br />Probation <br />The City may place Contractor on probation for failure to comply with the terms <br />flf thisVper-rent-by-givingwritten-natice;-.which shall -be -effective -upon -receipt-. -- <br />Said notice shall set forth the period probation, the reasons for probation, and the <br />specific conditions of non-compliance. <br />3.. Within five (5) working .days, the Contractor shall reply in writing, setting forth <br />the corrective actions which will be undertaken, subject to Cityapproval in writing. <br />pp . g <br />C. Suspension <br />1. It is mutually understood and agreed that failure to comply with any provisions of <br />this Agreement, its Exhibits and Attachments is cause for suspension of payments and/or <br />referral. <br />2. City may immediately suspend payments to Contractor prior to termination of the <br />r <br />Agreement in whole or in part for the following causes(s): <br />a. Failure to comply in any respect with either the terms and/or conditions of <br />this Agreement. <br />b, SubmittaI to City of reports, which are incorrect or incomplete in any I <br />substantial or material respect. <br />Governments. <br />C.
