ARTICLE I <br />DEFINITIONS AND EXHIBITS <br />Section 11, Definitions. The terms defined in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein, as used and capitalized herein, shall, for all purposes of this <br />Lease Agreement, have the meanings ascribed to them in said Exhibit A unless the context <br />clearly requires some other meaning. <br />Section 1.2, Exhibits.
