WHEREFORE, in consideration of the respective and mutual <br />covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions hereof, the parties hereto do hereby <br />agree as follows: <br />I. It is agreed by the parties hereto that, <br />effective April 1, 1989, paragraph B of said <br />agreement as amended, is modified to read as <br />follows: <br />B. Payment for Services Rendered <br />CITY agrees to pay to ATTORNEYS, and <br />ATTORNEYS agree to accept from CITY, as <br />and for payment in full for all of said <br />services, determined as follows: <br />1.
