RESOLUTION 93076 <br />Page 2 <br />4 Permit parking restrictions in the Sandpointe Permit <br />Parking District shall not apply to the side of any street <br />adjacent to any nonresidential use or to any multifamily use <br />having more than four dwelling units <br />5 Persons entitled to a permit to park in locations <br />subject to permit parking restrictions pursuant to this resolu <br />tion include and are limited to the following <br />a Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and <br />who resides in a singlefamily dwelling located in the <br />Sandpointe Permit Parking District provided that not <br />more than three permits may be issued at any one time <br />to the residents of any one such dwelling unit <br />b Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and <br />who resides in a multiplefamily dwelling located on <br />any lot in the Sandpointe Permit Parking District which <br />does not have more than four dwelling units located on <br />it provided that not more than one permit may be <br />issued at any one time to the residents of any one such <br />dwelling unit <br />6 The Executive Director of the Public Works Agency is <br />authorized to establish rules for the issuance of guest parking <br />permits to residents of the Sandpointe Permit Parking District <br />and to issue or deny such permits in accordance therewith Such <br />rules shall be designed to limit guest parking privileges as <br />appropriate to provide sufficient parking for resident parking <br />permit holders Such rules may be revised from time to time as <br />circumstances require <br />ADOPTED this 7th day of September 1993 <br />ATTEST <br />COUNClLMEMBERS <br />Daniel H Young <br />Mayor <br />Young Aye <br />Pulido Aye <br />Lutz Aye <br />Mills Aye <br />Moreno Aye <br />Norton Aye <br />Richardson Absent <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br />city Attorney <br />Exhibit 17 <br />  <br />  <br />City Council 22 – 1108 9/17/2024
