Related Bristol Specific Plan Project Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana 25 <br />Final Supplemental EIR <br />August 2024 <br />Standard Condition/ Plan, Program, Policy / Mitigation Measure/ <br />Condition of Approval Timing <br />Responsible for <br />Ensuring Compliance / <br />Verification <br />Date Completed and <br />Initials <br />• The nighttime noise control plan shall prohibit mobile equipment and <br />trucks from operating within the following distances to onsite sensitive <br />receptors: <br /> Phase 1: No minimum distance is required because no onsite <br />receptors would be constructed prior to Phase 1. <br /> Phase 2: Trucks and equipment shall be 150 feet or more away <br />from Phase 1 onsite residences. <br /> Phase 3: Trucks and equipment shall be 170 feet or more away <br />from Phase 1 and Phase 2 onsite residences. <br />Condition of Approval N-1: Onsite Traffic Noise. Prior to issuance of building <br />permits for Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3, a detailed acoustical study based <br />on architectural plans shall be prepared by a qualified acoustical consultant <br />to demonstrate compliance with General Plan Noise Element Standards. The <br />acoustical study shall be submitted to the City’s Planning and Building Agency <br />to demonstrate that all residential units would meet the City’s 65 dBA exterior <br />noise standard and 45 dBA interior noise standard to the satisfaction of the <br />Planning and Building Agency Executive Director. This complies with the <br />applicable sections of the California Building Code (Title 24 of the California <br />Code of Regulations). The necessary noise reductions may be achieved by <br />implementing noise control measures at the receiver locations. The required <br />noise attenuation measures shall be incorporated into the applicable building <br />plans and specifications. <br />Prior to issuance of <br />building permits <br />City of Santa Ana Planning <br />and Building Agency <br /> <br />TRIBAL CULTURAL RESOURCES <br />Mitigation Measure TCR-1: Retain a Native American Monitor Prior to <br />Commencement of Ground-Disturbing Activities. <br />A. The Project Applicant shall retain a Native American monitor from or <br />approved by the Gabrieleño Band of Mission Indians-Kizh Nation.
